I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - right in the heart of town, surrounded by lush green gardens. It was so convenient to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful river views. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and gave great recommendations for local attractions. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. I especially loved the huge Jacuzzi bath - it was a luxurious touch that made my stay even more enjoyable.

Secondly, the location was perfect. Situated in lush green gardens, it felt like a tranquil oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the town center. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests we had.

Our experience over New Year's was not the best. the noise level was unbearable with guests partying until the early hours of the morning.

Spent new year at a hotel with amazing palm trees round the pool. The staff were really lovely and most spoke good English. They offered a free airport shuttle which saved us some cash and a lot of hassle. Our balcony view overlooked a nearby mountain, which was stunning. Wonderful pool with palm trees, English speaking staff, FREE airport shuttle, and a great balcony view.

Although the hotel was in a good location, it was quite a bit of a walk to get to the tourist area. Also, the rooms could use some updates and maintenance, but it was clean enough.

We loved the comfortable rooms with balcony and the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool and garden area with palm trees. The location was fantastic – in the center of this city, right in the middle of all the action, and a short walk to the tourist area where everything is happening. Also, the complementary drop off at the airport was a nice touch.
